Teacher Control - Fault Resolution
       
The Fault Report module is a quick and convenient way to allow teachers to list computers or equipment which may be experiencing problems. This is broken down into specific categories which allow for easy grouping and assignment to technical support staff and school based trainees. Fault Reports are lodged in the Faults Reporting Section of the Teachers Key).

The major features on this screen are:

The left hand side Menu (with 3 different colour Keys).
  This screen is only available to members of the Managers Group.

Click on the Green Keys Below for further information.

  Clicking each key will take you from Teacher Mode (Blue) to Super Teacher Mode (Green) to Admin Mode (Gold)
     
  Customised Remedy List
  To enable easy reporting on faults and how they were fixed (e.g. 80% of mouse faults are user error) a customisable list of remedies is available. 
     
  Computer Fault History

  By selecting either a room or a computer, the top grid will automatically be filtered to only display the computers in that room, a specific computer or both. This will show any faults for this computer, however, selecting the "show all" tick box will display what previous faults have occurred on this computer allowing ongoing cost of replacement to be considered.
