Teacher Control - Notices Menu - Add Notice
       
The Add Notice module allows for quick and streamlined entering of text based notices into school's curriculum system. Notices are generally read out at each form class, giving daily information to students and teachers. 

The Notice module in Classroom Control has 3 major features. Firstly, it provides easy access for any teacher, anywhere, to enter in their own notices without the need for Administration staff involvement and time constraints of office hours. Secondly, it provides a mass printing function for those schools who nominate one teacher per staff room to print out the day's notices for multiple staff (see Printing Notices). Last of all, under the administrative functions, we can send an electronic notice to every user who logs into the computer network, ensuring that any last minute items can be published out to the school in a short time period (see Global Notices in the Managers Section and Quick Notice in Student Control)

The major features on this screen are:

  The left hand side Menu (with 3 different colour Keys).
    Clicking each key will take you from Teacher Mode (Blue) to Super Teacher Mode (Green) to Admin. Mode (Gold)
     
  Integrated Calendars
 

By selecting the drop down at the end of the dates, users can select their preferred start and end dates.  This avoids problems associated with mis-typing.
