Teacher Control - Teacher Access Menu - Locate User
       
This screen allows you to locate where a student has been and what computers have been used. This tracking system allows you to locate the details on the last 10 locations of a user. This is especially helpful if a student has been destructive on the systems, as you are able to track back to find out which other computers may also have been electronically or physically vandalised. In the Super Teacher Mode (Green)  you are able print these items out and identify every login for the user.

The major features on this screen are:

  The left hand side Menu (with 3 different colour Keys).
    Clicking each key will take you from Teacher Mode (Blue) to Super Teacher Mode (Green) to Admin. Mode (Gold)
     
  Quick Location of Users
  This allows you to not only locate students, but also teachers very quickly. In most institutions computers are logically named (e.g.: Room A12 Computer 15 would be A12-15). This allows you to find out very quickly that this user is active and in a specific location.

This feature is important for quickly locating students and teachers instead of running around the school.
