The Classroom Control Suite of applications contains many areas to consolidate your resources within the school. The Suite enables major functions of the schooling system to be captured within one interface.

Some of the major features include:

Room & Equipment Bookings Fault Reporting & Management

Allows teachers to easily add bookings for rooms and equipment from any desktop in the school.  Permanent bookings can be processed by an Administrator, as well as setting special rules for binding equipment and rooms.

Provides a centralised location for entering computer faults around the school.  Computer repair sheets can be easily printed off.

Daily Notices Internet Control

Notices are an integral part of any schooling system. Allowing quick and effective supply of information to both teaching and student bodies. The Daily Notices module allows teachers to generate school-wide notices at any location and print notices as required, relieving admin. staff from this burden.

Allows teachers to remove the functionality of the internet from a classroom at the flick of a switch. Keeping students on the correct task at hand.
Student Tracking Keyboard Tracking
The Student Tracking module allows you to know what computer any student is currently logged into and the history on their PC usage.  This facility enables easy tracking of problematic users on your network.

The Keyboard and Mouse Tracking modules allow you to obtain log files of keystrokes and applications accessed by users. With keyword filtering, offending users can be located and dealt with in an easy and efficient manner.
